After work, my coworker gave me my birthday present. Eat your hearts out:
She made a six cylinder radial engine, but when I first looked at it, it immediately reminded me of the Szkeley SL-3 engine famous for being used on the Curtis-Wright Pusher:

That was very nice, as well as the thought and creativity, as I am pretty sure that there is no real pattern for something like that.
