Re: TD tach race 2012 (Engines on the way home)
I just purchased this gem on eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/130799343973?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
If it gets here in time I will clean it up and send in just for fun.

Yikes Jim,
I don't have a crusty class....
Just kidding, that will clean up well. Good price too. It should arrive in plenty of time. I would be honored to run it up for you. You might even have time to try it out on your current build.

I forgot to mention this is all John's fault. Those Brits, kinda showy and they love to make a grand entrance by being fashionably late.
Just joking John!!!! I wouldn't dream of starting without you even though you offered. I bet the other guys feel the same way.
SO !!! THAT'S what that deal was last year with Indra's "Lost Sheep"! I was PLAYED !!!!!! Too windy to fly with my uncle today, so guess the .010 is gonna get blown out and fueled up for a test run up here on the hill !

TD's for sale..
Hi Rusty,
OK, I'll have to get a list together I suppose... BTW, I don't own any DIRTY engines...!
Cheers, Paul

Whatever you want to do is fine with me. My TeeDee's have been stored for many years, so a few extra weeks makes no difference to me... In truth if I wasn't so lazy, most all my TeeDee's would be for sale as I've really no use for them over here at all...
Cheers, Paul

Alright, but please don't spend more time on it than any of the other ones.
.010 for stock, .049 for unlimited.

Re: TD tach race 2012 (Engines on the way home)
So if I took a product engine and crank, swapped the cylinder/piston for a 049 tee dee cylinder and piston with spi and put a black widow tank assembly on it that would be stock?
If USPS figures out how to deliver a package I might consider sending it...

That would be a "Bee" engine, not a TeeDee. This particular race is for TeeDee engines only. The November race hosted by Kim and Travis is for Bees only.
That would not be considered stock. It would be in the unlimited class.

Re: TD tach race 2012 (Engines on the way home)
Phil,
No, it wouldn't be stock. It also wouldn't be a TD.....
Best to save that one for the Bee tach race here in a couple months. I would be happy to run it for you and get you numbers if you wish.

Hey Ron, do you have one of those blue aluminum test stands from Bernie? I can loan you mine if you want.

No I don't Matt, Sure, it would be better than what I was planning on welding up. I'll help out with return shipping.
It won't work for the 9's and 15's, but I already have a stand for those.

Wow!
I hope you insured that package. You may not get that MKII back.....
I picked up some Cox 7x3.5 props in a hobby shop in PA a couple weeks ago. They are rubber duckies, but they should work fine
Thanks Jason!!!!!

Ron,
Also sending you something as appreciation for hosting and doing the TD tach race. It is in a separate package coming by USPS.
