Dang Jason, you didn't have to do that. I was happy to host the event. I really appreciate it.
Guess I won't snatch the MKII after all.

Look like all systems go!
John Boys engines are leaving Cleveland so hopefully they will be here by weeks end. I have props, fuel, mounts and my new Globee tach and no more excuses!!!!
I will be starting on Saturday and if need be carry over to Sunday.
Getting excited, hope y'all are too. I will post pics of the contestants in the next couple days.

OMG
What they didn't say was I'm bringing them on my Ponyexpresspennyfarthing
Problem being it was built in an Italian tank factory in WWII so
Unfortunately it has 1 forward gear and 5 reverse.

Would that be the same Italians that would pick up Brit hand gernades, pull the pins and throw them back?

Hello Joe
As I was typing I thought I wonder if Joseph's on tonight....
Don't forget you Yanks call us the borrowers cos we've never
Got any kit of our own.
During the A bomb tests in the Bikini Atoll in the 50's the
Brit servicemen were all issued with the appropriate
Bermuda shorts, flip flops and Foster Grant sunglasses.
Seriously tho the experience of getting those engines to Ron
Is laughable to say the least amd once he's got them I'm going
To share with you Guys details of how (perhaps) to send your precious
Cargo. But till they actually reach Ron I'm not tempting fate.

Thanks Matt,
I have been working hard the last few days to pull this thing together. I am coming down with a cold so it should make tomorrow fun. I wonder if castor fumes are good for a sore throat?

No doubt! Those .15's are scary
I will be wearing a glove. And ear plugs thanks to Bob. I broke one of my 7x3.5 Cox props over my finger the other day starting an .09. Glad I had a glove on.

Re: TD tach race 2012 (Engines on the way home)
Only 1 jug of fuel? I burnt that much with fewer engines a few months back in one weekend. Those 15's are thirsty. Also don't over prime them as they like to throw the prop. The Special 15 MkII was really temperamental with the prime and it tossed the prop and spinner across my dads shed which is 60' x 112'. I never found the prop screw.

I have more fuel than that. If you buy in quarts you don't have to pay the Hazmat shipping fee that occurs when you buy a gallon or more.
