Propellers
I have a prop, but it doesnt appear to have any markings on it. How do I know if I have it on right. I really dont know anything about propellers or the theory of operation.

Re: Propellers
Ok, prop is 4-7/8 from tip to tip. It says thimble drone on it, and has designations 5D and 3P. Havent been able to figure out how to get a photo in this post, but if its important, I will try to cypher it out

Re: Propellers
The markings (like "5D 3P", in this case) are always on the front of the prop (or the "suck" side, if you will). Thejbanes1961 wrote: How do I know if I have it on right.

Re: Propellers
Thank you Dirk, that explains things nicely. I did a little reading on props and how they work, so I have a little better understanding of the mechanics of it. I guess I should have done that first, before posting, but I really enjoy the down to earth feedback I get from the members. Once again thanks for all the help. Jeff
