Are those adhesive? It looks like the backing says "adhesive".

Look into overhead transparency film. Can get it in 8.5x11 sheets.

Was thinking about reel to reel leader tape, probably way too thin though (1.5 mil - 2 mil). Comes on a reel at 1/4", 1/2" 1"... widths.

The stuff I have here is some NOS (from 1989) 3M CG 3300 that is made from polyethylene terephthalate (Mylar) and coated with a proprietary solution for laser printers. Its 4.25 mils. I've been cutting tape-pack rings out of it for my 8-track tapes (LOL). I end up with lots of scrap circles if anyone wants some.

Use an old cricut machine with a version of makethecut (now hard to find) software and you can cut hundreds of reeds at one time.

I bought one of their new Cricut machines that works with their online based "Design Space". It seems to work alright, don't need to pay any subscription fees or anything. There's much better machines out there, bought it on Black Friday so I got it for a good price.
