OK I answered my own question...am not too bright on .020 engines and assumed TD .020s were similar to other TD crank cases.... IE beam mount

now that would be AWESOME to say the least, rail mounted .020s

Yep, you got it, while similar in construction, as in rotary induction the smaller TD's like the .020 and .010 use the tanks or the radial piece as a mount.
