What are you experiencing?
I have to have my brother through it since an 049 didn't support landing gear, but it flies fine to me

The SIG heavy plank wood Shoestring will be hard pressed to fly on 1/2A. A quick check of 1/2A plank woods will show models significantly lighter, such as the Swordsman 18, the Stuntman 23, the Chipmunk II (Stuntman-inspired plan from down under).and the postage stamp engine recycling one I can't remember off-hand.
Scale.the model down, or the engine up. It sure is a cute plane.regardless.
Thank you, and the 049 surprisingly, I had my doubts, worked just fine with the removal of the landing gear
