Cox Engine of The Month
Ha tico............. I found your engine.

Ha tico............. I found your engine.
Not the Cox, but the Enya. I had placed a tag on it that simply stated "Brace", I couldn't make the connection until I went looking. The solder on the needle is the clincher.

So now ya know.

Oh yes, It did lead me to this unidentified engine, the other engine in the thread. I always logged my purchases but when my computer crashed taking my engine inventory with it I lost count and incentive.

It cleaned up well, and I could save all the original parts. (maybe not the donut venture gasket which I usually replace) Nasty on the outside but the interior wasn't bad. Notice the position of the fuel pickup tube.
Ever since the blocked needle valve adventure I ensure the hole is clear by passing a fine wire down it until it's visible. Probably not necessary with an A/F boil, but anodized, this one just got a Simple Green cleaning.
