What about the "Thanks" button
I clicked "Thanks" on a member's post thinking I was giving a positive rep, but all the thanks on everyone else's posts grayed out. I went back and used the + button and that worked.

That you only see it on a thread you started and on each thread you start you can only thank 1 reply so choose carefully!
