parts cleaning basket on the "cheap"
We use the "Jet-Dry" brand rinse-aid baskets in our dishwasher. The last time one was spent.. I saved it for my workshop to use for cleaning small parts in jar of solvent. The top of the little basket "pops off" using an awl or nail.. and can be popped back on again if desired. Attach a wire or twist-tie to the hanger.
Re: parts cleaning basket on the "cheap"
Pretty good. Beats fishing the parts out of the jar with hemostats.

You guys all must know by now.. that I'm a "pack-rat"! I'm very much into recycling anything that I think I can use. Lately I've been working on a reed for my engine, that's made from a toenail clipping. stay tuned!
