Bruno Barbini was a noted Italian control line speed flier in the 1950's. In addition to his modelling, he manufactured engines in his small workshop from approximately 1955 through 1984.

On this forum I have found that you learn something new every visit! It may not have anything to do with Cox engines, Flying or model making but ....... "Welcome Back Kotter" was a very funny show for the time. It originally aired when I was very young so most of the episodes I watched in the early 80's were after it went into syndication. It was one of Travolta's first roles. Probably didn't make it to the BBC.
Edit: Apparently it aired in the UK on ITV from 1981-1983.
