Sailplanes and Aerial Photgraphy/Video
Back in 2000 or so, I was using one-use cameras from Walmart with a servo taped to the top of the camera, and actuated with the unused throttle channel.
You got one shot per flight...so I typically put in just enough fuel to get to the height I figured would work best.
A few years ago, I started using "Flip" video cameras. I just punch it "on" and let run through the flight. The High-Definition cams can make a pretty nice photo just from one captured video frame.
Some of my best photos come from using a digital camera, triggered by a servo on a spare channel. Since there's no waste, you can just keep shooting photos through the flight, and can get some pretty nice ones.

Very nice Kim! You're way more advanced than I am... here's my last one I did at a Free Flight meet in July this year using a FlyCamOne in an E-Flight ElectraCam

Thanks Warren! Nice video on your part too. Not sure how "Advanced" I am ! Obviously, you didn't take note of my Redneck strapping tape, dowel peg, balsa box, rubber band technology! The only thing that saves me is that they're not usually visible in my photos!

I dont care how it looks or how you got it... lol It's the end result that counts... the pictures look great!
Here's one of my first RC Cam flight videos taken in June this year, a bit wobbly, and no background music... was a great weekend tho... RC FF and CL all in one weekend.
