I have a 1982 Scorpian Sidewinder RC electric powered off road racer. Does anyone know the value of this particular item? Also where can you get wheels for this item.

I think you mean the kyosho sidewinder/beetle/scorpion branded under cox?

If so, try Ebay.de (german Ebay). The support for Kyosho's 80ies buggies was made by a company called ,,Graupner''.
On Ebay Germany you may find many parts for this modell, because it was very popular and many LHS offer their 80ies products on Ebay.de

For Example a new built, never run Kyosho beetle (same chassis as scorpion) hit around 200,- Euros on Ebay last time-

BTW: I own a Kyosho Beetle myself. It was one of the best buggies I ever had. Very robust due to the aluminium frame and a lot of fun to drive without diff.
