Could a bad batch of water contaminated methanol cause this to happen...?

I am using 3 COX TeeDee 010-s in parallel, 2 with genuine old stock heads and 1 with aftermarket, burning the same fuel that I blended as 50/30/20 methanol/nitro/castor. The old stock heads do not develop the speed drop phenenon.
