Saw this Enya engine on Ebay?
This seller is selling this Enya engine on ebay for $110.00
In the description:
It is in fair condition, turns over but tight at on point, then loosens up.
Seems to be tight at the same spot each time.
This seller has sold over 4,281 items, but I think he has no clue about model airplane engines.
1st off he mounted the muffler backwards, and the 2nd, that tight spot is might be the compression on the engine.
Though, with the fins on the head broken off, I think it had a hard impact onto the runway and something is wrong inside the engine?
Seller probably got the engine in a Flee Market for $25.00?
Here is the photo of the engine:

Re: Saw this Enya engine on Ebay?
Sosam, take a pass. Too much $$ for an "advertised with minor damage" engine. I bet you can find it in better shape for less $$ elsewhere.
I find best engine prices on RCGroups in their wet engines forum.
https://www.rcgroups.com/aircraft-fuel-engines-and-accessories-fs-w-362/
Just please don't buy Norvel Big Migs/AP .061s there...I don't need the competition!
Jump over to their FF/CL For Sale forum too.
I bought my last stash of engines/parts from a Facebook Marketplace post...moderate dollars. The electric starter was the draw.
Another time I was cruising Craigslist and scored an older, but cared-for Testors .40 RC engine and 3-line bellcrank for $30 delivered.
My own experience has been cheapest engines when not shopping, and most expensive when doing a targeted "search and purchase.

I have this engine in brand new condition. It's a remarkable engine and it offers lots of power. This engine is as powerful as the .60 size engines available at the time. A very impressive offering from Enya.

Re: Saw this Enya engine on Ebay?
I'm watching the price on these smaller Enya engines like these Enya .10 which has 2 days to go on one and 5 days on the other.
And both are unused!
Really not interested in the Enya CX45 and your right 944_Jim.
There are better and cheaper engines out there.
I'll steer clear of the Norvel Big Migs/AP .061s as long as you pass on the Enya engines and mufflers.
And you are also correct when you said:
