I started the session by remounting the three Tee Dee engines but I opted to add a bit of superglue around the outside of the carb of the .051’s in hopes that it minimizes any air leaks when they’re running.  I opted to mount the .049 on the MINI BLOB because it was rebuilt not too long ago and this will be the best time to try it out.  At this point with the exception of some trim colors and stickers, I believe the Mini Blob is ready for its initial test flight. Wish me luck guys!!  Shocked  Doh!     Sad My Mini Blob Build Log 2019-016

Pretty cool pane! Can't wait to see the video. I thought about building something along those lines, but it's just not "me". But I can appreciate the beauty of the plane for others. Looking forward to seeing what kind of performance you get from the blue blob.

Very neat design. I personally have wanted something like that for a while, but have never gotten around to it, with the exception of the Man-Win trainer. Is that a sheet wing, or is it profiled?

Thanks! No, the leadout guides are actually very small 1/2" brass tubes slightly imbedded and covered with 5 minute epoxy that has been painted over.

It's a sheet wing that uses a segment of Sig 4" pre-shaped balsa for the front of the wing.
