Astro Cobalt motors
Does anyone know anything about the power requirements for this motor? I'm building an Electra and was going to toss the stock motor.

Re: Astro Cobalt motors
Looking for what type of batteries? Back then I believe a 7.2 - 8.4 volt pack was the norm. Now, I would do a 2-3s Li-Po. I will be flying a 600 brushed direct drive with 1300 mAh 2s. Spins good, but have not yet timed a pack on it yet. Hope this is what you may be looking for.
