I believe the only place that they are still actually offered for sale is here: http://selecthobbies.com/enginepartsdata.htm#coxengineparts $45 is not cheap, but it is NOS.

OEM= original equipment manufacturer

NOS= new old stock

Circa= approximately or around this time.

Watch eBay for parts. Sometimes they pop up.
