Ian , Good looking engines , what are the sizes of the CUB's I don't know squat about them . That muffler system is unique , is it clamped down with the cly. ? Eric Very Happy

They are 1.5cc and the "silencer" is clamped down by the cylinder head. On the larger Olivers - the crankcase is also machined to accept the "silencer".

Silencer may refer to:

Muffler, a device for reducing the amount of noise emitted by the exhaust of an internal combustion engine
Silencer (DNA), a DNA sequence capable of binding transcription regulation factors termed repressors
Suppressor, a device attached to or part of the barrel of a firearm which reduces the amount of noise and flash
