Re: Tach Race Weather
Well, as a Veteran Missourian, I can assure you that the temperature will be somewhere between 5 and 60 Degrees Fahrenheit !!!!
With mine and my buds' work schedules, we'll only be able to shuffle our plans just so much, but it would have to be violent weather (totally possible) to have us move the dates. The worst-WORST-case scenario would be to postpone it for the next weekend.
I'm hoping that the race will be close to fair in that everybody's engines will have the same conditions during the race, of course knowing that they were set-up under different conditions back at home. For it to be perfectly fair, EVERYONE would have to set-up their engines in a certified laboratory!
Everyone please keep in mind that I'm kinda making this up as I go, asking directions from the previous CD and you all to help make it fair and FUN !!!! Don't forget the FUN!

Possibly, but if I have to modify their set-up much, we'll quickly run out of time to get everyone's entry run. Plus with my limited experience in getting the maximum RPM out of an engine, I could easily end up hurting the end numbers.

That is very true and you don't want to anger anyone who sends an engine because they all know your address!

Oh yeah you got a stronghold lol and enough weaponry to stave off the might of "league cox collectors"
Re: Tach Race Weather
Nope, right out of the box running/test,,for it to be fair. And as you say, it could take awhile to find everyones ideal tune for the temp, ect. Only needle adjusments.
