[solved]Glowplug thread?
I'm thinking of trying a DIY conversion of a burned out .049 head to take a standard plug, can anyone tell me what the thread is on a standard plug?

1/4 x 32
These are classified as National Extra Fine and can be hard to find. A little Googleing will turn up sources.

There was a Harry Higgly glow plug tap on Ebay, but I passed on it and now it is gone.
Try McMaster Carr, they have quite the selection.

Thanks a lot, Andrew, I've found 1/4 x 32 taps and ordered a set, once they arrive I shall report on progress!
