I know about Texas Timers. They apparently still sell the 128 TPI needle valves. There was another company abbreviated KK, I don't remember the name, but they are apparently not around any more. Is TT the only place to get them?

KK was Kustom Kraftmanship, started by Dale Kirn himself, the guy that did a lot of design work for Cox and designed the aftermarket fine thread needle. I don't think there in business anymore. The Texas guys might be your best bet.

This ebay seller offered me this needle off line for a slightly lesser price. I passed on it because my bill was getting up there. I bought a couple other bits and pieces off line and it worked out. Good seller by the way, sent the items for me to look at before payment. He did mention that he had two used (KK) ones for sale at that time.

I bought two fine thread needles for $5 bucks each from Texas Timers, plus enough stuff to kit up some quality bladders. So I didn't have to buy the whole NVA after all. Hopefully the threads are okay in the assembly. I did try to screw in the bent needle, but I didn't force it too much.

Did you search eaby for any? I could have sworn that I saw some nva that looked fine thread, but I`m not really into the 049`s enough to be sure. I think maybe it was the guy selling the nffs 051 pistons, his price is about $20 more than I paid

I did, but had no luck. Those from Texas timers were cheap though, just $5 bucks each for just the needles without the whole assembly. Did you notice your PM I sent?
