I think it's just standard but may be slightly higher or lower than a cox one.

If you mean the bottom of the tank is above the spraybar hole, you may be flooding by gravity feed.

I dont think so i regularly run tanks above feed level and never flood them however it may flood if it is above height AND rich.

Sullivan is making a 1/2A starter. Look up Sullivan Hornet Starter.

Do a google search, looks like there are some around that's still available. Also, Horizon Hobby is saying a December due date for the new starter from Sullivan.

Just recieved my email back from Alex at Sullivan.

Correct! The parts for assembly should arrive in ~1-2 weeks.

i saw a kid use a full size starter on a pee wee .020 Damn!


He really doesn't know a lot about cox engines though but hey he has more subs than me!

Elec starters work just fine for me. Just gotta know the signs of a hydrolock condition.

Always prop it thru by hand a few times before "bumping" it with the starter.

Yes but he has a lot of cox engines and know next to nothing about them and he has sooooo much rc stuff and i doubt he even runs castor oil.
