Spider case
I have a real nice example of an early Widow. So nice that I am considering putting it on display. I was wondering if anyone had the case for one?

Re: Spider case
Thanks for rubbing it in Dave!
I really dig the artwork on those boxes, just thought it would be cool to display one for once.
I can trade you for some live Black Widows and I'll even throw in a few Brown Recluse as I have plenty in my workshop.

Re: Spider case
Oh now Ron! Don't be so sad.
I was at one time in search of "jewel case" boxes for several of my TD .049's.
When I posted on "Items for sale or wanted" I got a similar response to the one that I gave you regarding BW "Spider Boxes".

Oooh, I have Black Widows crawling in my shop too. I'm always on the lookout when I'm rummaging through old lumber and stuff. I killed a big fat red hourglass tattooed mama in the carport one time. I hear we have Brown Recluses here but I don't think I've seen one. My sister got bitten by one when she lived in Texas.

Aracnids are diffenity not my "thing" but I've seen plenty of them during military training the deserts of Cental California. Staging Tarantula fights is SUCH fun especially after a few "brewskis".
Then there are those nasty scorpions as well.

Not sad Dave, all things come to those who wait. Just thought it was funny that you had two NFS ones.

The Black Widows around here mostly keep to themselves. I am neither here nor there with spiders. The Brown Recluses' are out of control and are under just about anything that sits on the ground for more than a day.
I have young kids to worry about so I eradicate them, otherwise I would leave them to do their job. I also have a ton of toads, lizards and snakes that I enjoy hanging around as they help me out. Now that I have a few chickens I expect to see even less.

I haven't seen any scorpions, but we have em. Also have tarantulas. They look mean, but run away if you get close. I was messing with one this summer and it reared up on it's hind legs and then fell over backwards. I wasn't impressed
