Good Deal?
Hey everyone. I just got what appears to be a Killer Bee and a Space Hopper. Both cost me twenty bucks together. With how they were priced it should of been $37 but he said since I am going to use them he would take $20. My father said it was because I talked like I knew what I was saying. Did I get a good deal?
Rolla
P.S. Both are in fantastic condition. Not flaws to speak of except castor oil.

Rolla,
Yes, it's a good deal. Very good. In fact if you wish to double your investment give me a hollar.
Travis.......I am no longer talking to you

Re: Good Deal?
I am not sure if this is actually a Killer Bee. It has the goldish case but black backplate. High comp head and no drag driveplate. SPI with slit exhaust.
Edit: It has a Killer Bee Crank. Not a silvery shiny one from Bernie.

Sounds like a '96 .049 Killer Bee. What does the crankshaft look like? Is it a KB crank?
Re: Good Deal?
I put that in as an edit right when you posted that.

Re: Good Deal?
Forgot to add. He had a Babe Bee that had a Spark Plug. Had a purple conversion head and the spark plug had a wire attached to it. These were all at a Hobby Shop in Muncie Indiana.

Re: Good Deal?
He had a ton of engines. He had some kind of 15 that looked like the space hopper. Several norvels, McCoys, Foxes, Cub, K & B Gilbert, and Cox engines. All for very good prices. Plus if you are there when the owner is running the shop he likes to just simplify the prices. Or if you talk smart around him he will lower it too.

Re: Good Deal?
That still does not explain why it appears to be so valuable. What makes it unique?
