Jerobee Alfa T33 Can Am.... It works! Thanks Jason
Thanks to all the Jerobee talk going on here I am interested in acquiring a Jerobee chassis. Is there a source besides Ebay? I don’t see a forum dedicated to them or see them anywhere.
Just curious!

Yeah, just looking for a chassis. I’d upgrade the radio gear and body shells can be found cheap enough. Just don’t see much of them anywhere.

You may mail gascarman on ebay and ask he has a lot of stuff for GTPs but don't list them . https://www.ebay.com/sch/gascarman/m.html?item=114590020909&hash=item1aae18f52d%3Ag%3A8GYAAOxyiRlSbRlH&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

Ron, try to find a chassis as complete as possible with axles and stuff (like a front bumper). Inspect the front train as these parts, steering arm and stub axle, can found broken. The chassis itself doesn't give probs, on the 3 cars I bought, I never had a chassis that was warped or cracked. I don't know anything about the black chassis that were produced later. That seems to be a different material. If you find a good electric powered car, that's OK, The different threads I produced here show that a conversion to Babe Bee or TeeDee is straight forward. If you happen to find an MRP, grab it! MRP's were also made by Jomac as was the Jerobee, they have a more modern chassis and are TD powered.

Seems like a decent price for it. I have plenty of TD’s, finding that front end and LH crank might prove difficult.

Stay away from this car. It's got a broken chassis in way of the left rear axle mount. I never saw that before but it seems to exist.

I saw that, from the topside it looks ok so perhaps repairable. Trying to be optimistic as I am the high bidder at the moment....

Wish I knew more about these cars last year. There was one locally listed for $100 with motor, radio, box, all, but was just not interested, and did not really know about the name Jerobee. Last I saw it was listed at $75 obo and sold a couple weeks later. Gonna have to learn more in case something pops up.
Good luck with the auction Ron.

Cox GTP Nissan, Stocker, or Indy would have better spare parts options and seem to appear regularly on eBay.

It looks like it's a crack in the bottom plate. I don't know. If it's a crack, it's difficult to repair. This material is akward to glue. It's a "greasy" plastic. The only way to glue this properly is with CA glue and you have to treat the surfaces that receive the glue with an activator Loctite 770.
https://www.henkel-adhesives.com/uk/en/product/adhesives/loctite_sf_770.html
Over here it's sold as one package.
