You do have some desirable and collectables there. The Mccoy .60 was "THE" engine to have in speed. I still run one and they're well built. They use a butt load of fuel and are quite loud. New in the box examples like yours can bring a few hundred dollars.
The OS MAX steelfins were terrific and well built engines for the time and even today those engines can haul the mail.
The red head Rocket you have is also desirable however it was more or less a engine to compete with the Mccoy redheads. They tend to shake a bit but the Fox Rocket redhead was pretty powerful when you removed the venturi restrictor. The Fox .40 was very fast and is quite collectable and is built on the Rocket case. If you look carefully you can see the Rocket logo and size displacement is ground off. The one way to tell is looking at the head, you can see the exceptional space between the case and the bottom of the head. If you look at the red head you can see how tight the clearance is between the case and head.
The O&R blue head .29 I believe was introduced in the early 50's and it was said that these were some of the best offerings. I believe that was the only version offered in the blue. The Supertiger diesel is a extremely well built engine and they fetch quite a bit of money and you don't see them often especially new in the box.

I think perhaps that you have helped us by providing scads of eye candy for the model engine nuts that reside on this forum.
The person that collected those engines over time obviously loved and respected the hobby. The question is, what are you going to do with them?
ebay presents the hassle of photographing, describing, listing, and shipping each then sharing the proceeds. Let the marketplace determine the value. Or have an impartial but knowledgeable antique assessor (for a fee) attach a value.
I think you want to sell them all as a group. Perhaps the most expeditious but least profitable avenue. Your problem is, no one here or anyone else knows exactly the total value of what you have or what a fair price for the lot would be.

So I’m between a rock & a hard spot here. I had several guys try buy. I told them sure but at a fair price. For example Bob. The offer you gave me on the cox engines . I have offers of half your price . I wish I was never giving these motors. Like I said I do fly and I am a AMA member. And I do respect the history. But these motors are over my head. And I would hate to see them go back into the closet. Thanks guys ..

Crankbndr has been helping me to price the motors the best he can . So make me your offer on what motors you want. Im not asking for top dollar but I’m not going give them away either. I want them to go to the real collectors and not the one who offers half price to flip them.

Don't say that, you have been given a gift.
As an AMA member you must have some association with and knowledge of those engines.
Enjoy them for a while, sit back and revisit in a year or two. Life is a journey. Regardless of what you decide, best of luck to you.
Bob

OH No!! Not back into the closet! You want them to go to good homes, to people who will love and take care of them! Selling them on E bay will give you national exposure and usually Top Dollar. But,you’ll have to, as previously mentioned, catalog them post pictures , prepare them for shipment and let E bay take a 30% cut off the selling price. If you were just “given” these engines, your probably not attached to them and won’t mind only getting 70% of their value, with a zero cost you do end up with 100% profit.
Otherwise, you can Free of Charge, list them for sale, here On this web page, you can do a Bid by private message, or set price and know your dealing with fellow modelers who will appreciate not having to overpay to compensate for e bays cut of the sale.
If having these engines is really causing you grief and heartache, I will at my expense have you pack and ship them all to me. I then will endure the pain and suffering of having them displayed in my engine collection. You Don’t need to loose any sleep over doing the right thing. PM me for my shipping address. Thank you.
