Cox Engine of The Month
NIB: exact meaning

NIB: exact meaning
I have a new in box (NIB) G-Mark (Japanese) .061 R/C engine/muffler that is in the original plastic box and has never been mounted or run. Included are the original manual and tools. The box HAS been opened however.
Does this engine rightfully qualify as NIB?
Thanks for any responses.

Re: NIB: exact meaning
Yes it does because the engine IS new AND in the box. But it is not factory sealed anymore.
