Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
Actually it's a PDK kit, very easy to build and high quality. I do have the plans too. One word of caution, while it flies well, it is very fast!! also use the lightest lines possible since the model weighs less than the engine lol. The slightly larger stunt micro ring maybe a better bet if you want to loop and stuff. I'll see if I can post the plans Rusty wants it too. Hope this helps and MERRY CHRISTMAS!! The built up wing version sounds like the way to go.

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
I'd be interested, too. I acquired a couple .010's in craigslist hangar sells (well, buys) that need a good home.
I have favorite little field nearby that I would fly rc foamies in - problem is it is less than a mile right on track from the local county airport.
God forbid I do that anymore, with the registration nonsense going on - I'd end up in federal prison.
So, now it will be my CL field. Neighbors were generally favorable, kids would come down and watch, ask what it takes to get into the hobby.
We need more of this stuff, these days.

Which one are you working on, the slab wing or built up? Thanks for your hard work Roger.

You know how much you want for the kits yet? You have templates for baby flight streak ribs?

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
Could someone post the wing and stab span-chord(root & tip), and the tail moment? That's all I need, I can take it from there. I want one for the Traveling engine.
Thanks
Rusty
Thanks
Rusty

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
Rusty,
The Micro Ring has a 10.5" span. You could just size the plans on outerzone down to that span and everything else will fall into place.

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
Sounds great Roger. It sounds like you are very busy. Anyone have the plans for a 1/2A flight streak to beam mount a tee dee that Roger might be able to get? I think it might be fun to build a couple FS's or the Whetstone IV on the other thread to combat my boys in the back feild. They with kill me I'm sure, at least my older boy who flies the Bladder Grabber now.

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
I don't have plans for the 1/2a Flite Streak, but if wanted, I could scale the original plans down to size. I would just need to know if you wanted me to do it by wingspan, or by width of a TD crankcase.

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
GEEZ! is it really mid April!?!
i hope to cut a few micro ringmaster (plank wing) kits this week (FINALLY!)
i'm thinking $10 should cover the plank wing version and may be the same or a couple dollars more for the stunt wing version. shipping should not be much...
they will include a plywood bellcrank and control horn.

Re: Micro Ringmaster Plans
I'd like the stunt/built up version, but I'll take a slab wing first if it's going to be awhile for the stunt wing. I need something for the traveling engine. Please put me on the list. Hopefully the top of the list. Haha.

Hey duke
I cut 4 slab kits today and hope to cut 4 stunt wing kits tomorrow.
I dont recall if I have the stunt version layed out for cutting yet but will do my best to get them done this week.
