Methos of instaling reed clip on 020? Empty Methos of instaling reed clip on 020?

I have done this twice but it is blind luck and it takes me forever to get the reed clip in on my 020 Cox.
Is there a secret? I can see why the newer cox have a different reed retainer.

Don,

There really is no trick to it. Just place the large part of the clip in the groove and tuck the tail end into the groove.

The Pee Wee is a bit tricky due to the size.

I second that, getting the retainer clip in is kinda an art in it's self, there is no real easy way to get those suckers in there. I do what Cribbs said Put the big end into the groove and walk the rest of it in the tail end can be a tight fit though. You just got to hold you're mouth right. (bandit)

The groove does not seem to be very deep. I put one part in and the other pops out.
