Cox still in buissines?
Sorry for the newbe question but I see a lot of new Cox stuff, especially form Cox International in Canada.
Are cox engines and parts still manufactured or are they selling NOS( new old stock) ?
Thanks; Don

Re: Cox still in buissines?
Some new production, some NOS. Cylinders and pistons are only NOS since a production run would be pretty serious financially. The die cast cases are new production, the barstock are NOS.
Spare parts like tanks, backs, prop nut cones, and other small bits are new production. Certain things like Surestart backs are NOS due to supply. Takes a bit of looking to see what is what but Cox international is pretty clear about what is what. Bernie does a good job.
It would be pretty awesome if they did a production run and had Schnurle porting cylinders made, and indexed TD cases to go with. I don't see it happening though.
The lack of indexing on the majority of engines would be a slight problem with retrofit though.
