Roddie - Thanks for posting that. I remember being in customer service training for dealing with irate customers over the phone. We had to practice "smiling" in a mirror while talking on the phone. They say it takes less muscular effort to smile than it does to frown. At the end of the class the instructor said "smiles* are free, you have an endless supply, so give them away whenever you can. Always remember to smile, it'll make your manager wonder....what is he up to??
