Cox .020 Props 4 x 2.5 - Flawed
It has come to our attention that some of the props we lately had moulded have a flaw in the form that they are not "true", as in when they are rotated 180 degrees, the tips don't end up in exactly the same spot.
This may or may not affect performance, depending on the severity of the offset. The props in questions are 4 x 2.5 and our vendor will mould us new ones.
Should you have purchased any of those props are not fully satisfied with them, please sent an email to Theresa at theresa@coxengines.com outlining how many of your props are affected and we will replace them with an equivalent # of props from the new batch, once they are in stock. There will be no need to send back the defective props.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused but are, as always, committed to making it right.
