Looks like 30% is the threshold for importing and possesing without a license. Maybe you can legally buy Cox or Sig 25%, though it might have to come on a slow boat. Also looks like you can apply for a license. I read some but not all of the documents.

WANKERS! More fees for the poor modeler, or does this apply to those who import and manufacture in the UK? Do the make their own fuel in the UK? Gosh, I'd think they've followed the good ole US of A and import most of their requirements. I did not read the entire publication, but there was a tab at the bottom that would link you to " how government works". I bet that read would keep you awake nights
