eBay timing?
Hey all,
Is there any info on the best time/day of the week to have an eBay auction end?
Thanks,
Jim

Re: eBay timing?
I think Sunday PM is best, a lot of listings end Sunday. You can do the listing early and schedule a Sunday PM start time for a seven day auction.
I never want to end around a holiday.

My brother and I have "calculated" that 9PM EST is peak traffic time, and have had a lot of luck with listing auctions at that time.

Have you done the same with days of the week?

Personally no. Watching auctions that close during the week I can tell the extra traffic is not there.

Don't end during playoff games. End at least 2 hours before/after games, this includes college level.

Yes, one of my best snipes ever was during an NFL playoff game, NBA playoffs last forever.
