But now I must point out Rule 19, Paragraph 8, Sub-paragraph 32. "Any person winning "Model of the Semi-Annuum" may not enter another contest for a period of not less than 3.5 years, nor to a period exceeding 17 years, dependent upon a 5/8 majority vote of the CEF membership as of the date of the win. Said vote to be certified by the Board of Cox Engine Sweepstakes Certifiers and their accountants."

Remember, everyone who enters an engine in the Cox Engine of the Month whether it becomes "Engine of the Month" or not is automatically entered in to win a Ex Model Engines Black Lynx .049 engine at the end of this year. Plus you can always try again the next 6 months.
