It is really something to know the last time those Babe Bees seen light was when they were being boxed up at the Cox factory in 1996.

Hello all,
Wanted to let you know that i will close the ebay store. Sales are going great, but the ebay.com website just does not work well when you are in Holland. Because I cant print shipping labels trough ebay (you mist have a usa adres), ebay thinks I got a high change of being a fraudster.
Stupid if you ask me, i got a 100% positive feedback rating and send out my packages within 3 days.
Now ebay blocks payments for 21 days, and it just does not feel right to send out items if i can't witdraw money from paypal. So I am forced to leave ebay.com, i am not willing to pay for that!
I will make a own website and will place all the items on it for a fixed price.
Thank you all for looking.

Isn't there a way you can disable the instant pay feature in eBay? I haven't looked at those settings and haven't even sold anything on eBay in several years. I thought you could set it so you have to send the buyer a PayPal money request (not using eBay's instant pay feature). The shipping labels will probably have to be figured out yourself by using a shipping program on the computer or bringing it to the post office.
Re: Updates in my store: http://coxengines.eu
Admin,
Ebay makes you wait for 21 days to withdraw money if you are a new seller, actually it's Paypal not Ebay. Anyway if you don't have a history of selling it will not allow you to withdraw the money. However, if you do the shipping through Paypal and mark items as shipped and if you get a positive feedback then you may withdraw the money sooner. Stupid.......I only know this as I went through the same sillyness. I called Ebay when I had a block put on me when I sold an item and this is what I was told. I was also told if you sell more often and you have a history this will not happen. I think however if you have enough balance in your Paypal to cover than this is a non-issue

Shipping labels where never an issue for me. I packed all secure in boxes, added 2 times the adres on the box and paid for shipping at the post office. I understand ebay/paypal want to protect the buyers, but sending a item worth more dan $50, without really having your payment available just doesn't feel right.
A website will attract less people compared to ebay, but I can do the things my own way. I think at the moment is sold just as much without ebat, as with. Also i am not in a rush to sell and do it for my hobby. However with all the ebay rules where buyer is king and seller is prisoner, there is just not much joy at the moment.
The website will contain something about me, my collection and a part with items for sale. I always wanted to make a website for my collection.
Thank you all!

It's Elon Musk and his goal of rocketing into space with his Space X company. Gotta keep his rockets flying with those paypal fees.
He holds those payments for 21 days and makes a boatload of interest.

Unless you know all about HTML or already have your site set up somewhere else, Google Sites are good if you want to set up a website for free. Other then that, I was told that www.webs.com works well but I haven't tried it. You could even make a forum like this and only use the html pages.
Re: Updates in my store: http://coxengines.eu
Yeah that would be a good thing to do or maybe just sell it to Bernie and let him sell it on?
that is if he would be up for that.
But i think making a site would be your best option.
Jacob or you could let him put it in the for sale section on your site?

Creating a website is will not be that hard, I know HTML and CSS (al my listings on ebay where HTML). I work in the IT. I heard a lot of good things about joombla and want to give it a try. Also i know a little photoshop.
And offcourse i would add a Link to the cox forum.
Will let you all know when the site is launched!
