Re: WTS: Thimble Drome Olympic NIB
John,
From the email I received today it is my understanding that there has been a change of mind and that the engine is no longer for sale even though I agreed to buy it and you sent me the pictures of it.
This is unfortunate as I was looking forward to adding it to my collection (I only have an un-boxed one) but fully respect the decision that has been made.

Re: WTS: Thimble Drome Olympic NIB
Thanks.
The seller did finally come through with the sale so there should be an Olympic on the way to me. However, I will keep an eye on the eBay one(s).

Unless one an awfully lot of faith in a seller's creditbility and description, buying "sight unsee and without pictures is a good way to get "burned".
I made this mistake ONCE and only once.
