I think you will have to grind the cranks down to 5mm or .1968 inches.

Turn them down with carbide tooling then finish grind to size with a tool post grinder.

i mean, how do i hold the work in the collet, i can hold it by the first raised section before the knurl, but how would i hold the crankshaft when i want to turn down the rear thickest part of the shaft?

Re: .217 id sealed bearings wanted
I would use my 4-jaw to hold the crank end, and a live center on the prop end. Then it is about 30 minutes of fiddle faddle with an indicator to get it centered. If I did this more often than next to never it probably would be quicker.
I would use my angle grinder on a tool post and take very light cuts to dimension. I don't have carbide tooling.
Yea, there ain't much space and such between the headstock and tailstock to do this, even less with the grinder taking up space. I have an old Atlas 10F without a whole lot of tooling.

Might try Boca Bearings: http://www.bocabearings.com/bearing-applications/rc-engine/bearings
They have a 'Dimension' search.

You must have bearing suppliers over there
Mitch.
If you're struggling I think the Ofna range
Of cars have imperial sizes.
