Customer service alive and well in 2012
Credit where credit's due time guys.
When you guys start moving up a few sizes you may find yourself contemplating the worlds best
engine mount.
These are made individually by Merle Hyde over your side of the pond.
Every serious f3a pilot for the last 10 years has used them cos quite simply they work like
no other.
Viewers of my utube will doubtless realise my flying 'style' isn't particularly gentle, occaisionally I permanentally
and terminally 'adjust' components.
Earlier this year one of my heavier 'arrivals' broke a bearer on my YS's mount I put a spare mount on and put the broken one away intending to buy another bearer at some time.
Wel,l I phoned Merle up a few weeks ago to see if I could buy a replacement baerer, long story short he wouldn't accept any money and sent me (5000 miles) not 1 but 3 new bearers.
So world class product made in America, world class service and a real gentleman.

John, I'm not sure if I'm subscribed to your Tube channel or not. Can you put it in the links under your avatar(via your profile page) or post a link here? Thanks,
Rusty
