The Cox CEF .010 Tee Dee
Yesterday I had a great idea about placing a wanted ad in the For Sale section to build a .010 from parts that I get only from members on this forum.
https://www.coxengineforum.com/t3063-wtb-010-parts
This topic is going to be my journal of how things are progressing along. The final product, I hope, is a running .010 with CEF engraved on both sides of the crank. I'm anxious to see this pull together and I hope you guys have as much fun with this as I will.

Got a needle and a crank but the crank is an odd colour.
Piston and cylinder also but they look a little dodgy!

YEAH! Can't wait to get started on this project
Re: The Cox CEF .010 Tee Dee
Seems like this project has stalled out. Anybody else have any parts laying around?

Well this project fizzled out. Those of you who I got parts from, please contact me if you would like them back.
Stay tuned, I may be cooking up a easier CEF project here soon.

Hey Travis,
Why not just let the project idle for a while.
Maybe a fresh post, and bump it every week or
two so it stays current. I had forgotten about it
till your latest post. Also, there are new members
who might be able to jump on board. You might even
stumble across the needed parts yourself. Unlike almost every
"reality" show there's no time limit.
I think your idea is a good one, and the longer it takes
to happen, can only add character to the engine.
My $.02.

Re: The Cox CEF .010 Tee Dee
I bought a mix matched engine from dankar04 that runs. So with the parts I have already, this project should be finished

May I introduce the CEF TD .010 .
The only thing I need now is a wrench.
