If you are using a cellphone, your window will look like this:



It is the icon of a camera to the right of the reply box. Tap on it, and then it will take you to the insert photo app section.

You're welcome. I'm using Linux Ubuntu Mate on my desktop and Linux Mint (fork of Ubuntu) on 2 laptops.

These 2 distros have most everything configured, so using a combination of GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) for photo editing and Brave browser based on Google Chrome, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Chromium, a Google Chrome open source fork. All three allow me to insert photos using the CEF editing window.

However, I think I have found out a problem. The {Host an Image} icon button, 4th button to the left of {YouTube} just now gave me an error that never happened before:

I get the same result with my Android cellphone. No cookie problems, the image server is down.
