Re: Smithsonian Aircraft Book PDF Download
Thank you, Levent. This book is so interesting, it would be worth to purchase it in print. It is so much easier to browse the pages in print at one's leisure, than stare at a computer screen.
I have a number of airplane books I have purchased over the years from various bookstores, when they were still available in the US. Every city, even the smaller ones had such bookstores.
I'd find one in their sale corner, and if priced right, would purchase it. I rarely purchased a book at full cost, because in every sale corner, there was always at least one hard print book on cars, trains, airplanes, war equipment to include airplanes, hobbyist interests such as computers, electronics, ham radio, home repair, music, and etc.
Now that many are gone, I feel that we have lost a treasured resource. Lately I have been buying legacy books from on-line used bookstores.
