That is a casting of a mini Dooling F body, the full size is 16 or 17 inches long. There was a tether car website that sold parts and castings for full size tether cars I used often. Been gone for years now, not giving the name cause I just clicked a link to it and it has aids.
They also had castings for Mite size cars like the one in the photo, both the Dooling F body and the Frog.
That one looks well done except for the engine, needs .20 size engine. I was going to get one and have The Beast make me a running Mite car with the F body but never got to it. The Beast makes some very nice model cars, wish he was a member here. McCoy .20 size drivetrain could be fit maybe.

It is my car now
Bernie built it, but He has passed at 94
a lot of my airplane stock is from Bernie
he started when he was still in school
the car is in new condition and as beautiful as in the picture
