Matt seems to have one without the needle valve, that you can buy separately:

The postage stamp plate comes with a fine thread needle and spray bar specific to the 290 engine. You can put it in a horseshoe plate and modify it to run on bladder pressure. Makes a real ripper of a read valve engine.
