That part is always lost.
Best bet to keep it original is this.

Otherwise I press off the hex plate and replace with the round plate with no drag starter spring.

Yes, I saw that I can get the Snap Starter "kit" for $5.95.
If I do go with the round plate ($2.95) and then the no drag starter spring ($2.95 - 12-o'clock or $3.95 - 6-o'clock spring)
It would cost me about the same ( or more)?
