"Sunday Morning Fun-Fly" The Movie
The pressure to fly finally built up to the point that my buds and I just HAD to sling some castor and turn some circles.
That's all fine and good, but this heat can make things a little dicey, and I'm at the age where all I got to do is look a little disoriented and people want to put me in a hospital.
Our solution was to crank up around 7am, and bail before lunch time...a "Sunday Morning Fun-Fly".
So, around 5:45am, I headed the van for Breezy Hill. It turned out to be a mostly Control Line day, with the exception of Billy's wing-folding A.J. Interceptor and my Mavic Drone buzzing around. We had us a big day, and scattered around 11:30. I'm still crunching videos and photos, but here are a few photos and captures of our fun.

Kim. You're living the life (model wise) many of us only dream about. You and your mates just getting out there and having fun keeping it simple. Your drone shots from above the circle look great. I'm looking forward to your videos etc.

The sheet wing warbirds look like Dick Sarpolus designs. I met Dick at one of the Jersey Fly ins. I always wanted to do the F-86 and Mig with TD's pulling streamers.

Wonderful pictures Kim, thanks for showing them.
But the camera mount on the red/white plane looks precarious. Ever lose one?

WHOA ! ! What a bunch of fun!! Those loops with the Baby Ringmaster were worth a belly laugh or two! Ya must have a really tough Airplane, or super soft Grass to survive those figure 9's. An I always enjoy watchin the flaps move on a aircraft in motion. Great Movies Kim! Thanks!

THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!
These guys are such a hoot to fly with! Most of them were childhood flying buds, and are always telling stories on each other. Leo (flying the Nobler), is the most serious...a former C/L competitor, and it shows in the trim of his planes.
The field, at this moment, is just about perfect. It's soft as walking on a bed of pine needles, but firm enough to support the wheels of the bigger dogs.
Hence: "The Bouncing Ringmaster" !!!
President Ronnie is progressing. He's got the level flying part down, but suffers from dizziness any time the plane pulls into a loop or wingover.
He'll be logging flights when we hold our "Ringmaster Fly-a-Thon" in October.

Wonderful. Good on Ronnie for getting out there and doing it!
But I really enjoyed Leo and the blue Nobler. Leo knows his stuff. It's all in the arm, following the airplane controlling it's maneuvers. Smooth, smooth, smooth. I have seen Kim do the same. Both greased their landings. Can't do much better than that.
