Help with Nissan GTP electrics
Hello friends i am tring to get this going for the contest intre , and i am having issues with the electrics as in Not working , i can get the servos to jump sometimes and the power seems to be there according to my meter around 6 V to the receiver . The pistol type trans. is not the same crystal as the receiver , so i switched it out with one from a airplane (futaba ) and still not getting to work . Any help would bee thankful here is some pics of the stuff i am working with ..
The transmitter i was tring to get work is a Conquest FM ? well that might bee the problem AM rec. FM trans. ??? i don't know. But it has the FM crystal in it now .

Re: Help with Nissan GTP electrics
FM transmitter or receiver don't work with AM transmitter or receiver. FM and AM circuits are different.

Need to use AM crystals and within the frequency range of the radio. I might have the Sanwa instructions. I’ll have to check.
Also the little switch can go bad to the RX. It gets plugged with castor. I’ve had to replace them multiple times.

Re: Help with Nissan GTP electrics
Probably best to buy a matched set. Better reliability that way.
