COLUMBIA (Illinois) R/C FLYING CLUB's Swap Meet Yesterday
After a false start, accompanied by plenty of mumbled comments questioning myself of just how much fun this actually is, I got going a bit late for the Columbia (Illinois) Swap Meet yesterday morning.
Still managed to get there, and bought some props and a receiver for myself, along with a small control line plane for a flying bud. Sadly lacking discipline, and with a storage shed brimming full with projects, my new cash-limiting method of "running on dashboard money" is working well, as I was only out about 8 bucks!
The turnout was fair, compared to other years, and I had a good time visiting with friends, Leo, Billy, and St. Louis Dan.
Sorry for not listing the price on this Combat Kitten: $30
