[The Traveling Prop] Who wants to be the one to send the prop overseas?
Below is the list of locations (in a order for easiest shipping rounds).
In Americas
•Admin--St. Paul, MN (where the prop is now)
•Jason_WI--Neenah, WI
•WingingIt74--Waterloo, IL
•Kim--Jackson, Missouri
•andrew--Murray, KY
•Godsey3.0--Indiana, USA (I need to know the city to really know if it is closer to someone else, other then that, the marker was placed in the middle of the state)
•Jaspur_x--Shanksville, Pa
•Shell Shock--Toronto, Ontario, Canada
•dckrsn--Long Island, New York
•RknRusty--Columbia, South Carolina
•microflitedude--Columbia (Matt didn't say, cant be far from Rusty in Columbia), South Carolina
•crankbndr--Homestead, FL
•fit90--Naples, FL
•cribbs74--San Antonio, Texas
•Mud--San Diego, Ca
In Europe
•GermanBeez--Bavaria, Germany
•hlsat--Greece (really didn't say where in Greece)
•ideeman1994--Rixensart, Belgium
•mr_cox--Netherlands (didn't say where, could possibly change shipping order)
•nitroairplane--London, England
•John Goddard--London, England
•ivanhoe--Dungiven, Northern Ireland
Other then sticking someone with costs they don't want to pay by placing people in order, I would like to ask who would like to be the one to send the prop overseas (Americas to Europe and Europe to Americas)
This is still not the official list, so if anyone would like to be moved around then please say so or repost the list in the order you think it should be in.

Oh Boy, I'm looking forward to it. I'll put it on my prettiest plane for its picture. I'll take it up for a couple of careful laps. No funny business.

I'm in Deventer - The Netherlands.
Will the prop fit an envelope? Shipping will me low on that, where-ever you send it.
Is it a package, maybe its smart to figure out which europe country will charge the least money for sending it.
NL > USA
Envelope (100gram) about $ 5,-
Package about $ 24,-

They only look at weight here, and the minimum is 2KG! Size could be 100cm x 50cm x 50cm
So if you got a package of 15x 10 x 10 and weigt is 500 gram. You have to pay for the 2KG shipping.
So irritating.

If it stays in that order which seems to make most sense.
I'm going to send it to Wilf guaranteed next day which
is about 6 quid however I'm happy to appear wherever
in the chain suits everyone else.

There is nothing guaranteed about our post here! Apart from "It will arrive sometime!"

Re: [The Traveling Prop] Who wants to be the one to send the prop overseas?
I dont mind what it will cost me, I'm proud to be a participant in the traveling proppelor. Thumbs up to jacob for the participant idea!
But i think it is worth it to let "the prop" travel in a cost efficient way.
I do not know which engine i will use, neither if it will be a running picture.
p.s. Did anybody spoke to ideeman1994 lately? did not hear from him in a while.

Re: [The Traveling Prop] Who wants to be the one to send the prop overseas?
I thought he had something with exams, but i expected him back right now.
Think it is wise to check if everybody still want to take part of this. Would be a shame if it gets lost.
I will send manu an email if everything is OK.

It only goes to europe and north america.
Much continents left for the traveling proppelor.

Hi everyone!
Yes, I'm still alive, just finishing my exams - one more week to go! Kept studying for the lasts 3 weeks
If it helps, I can send it overseas, wouldn't be a problem for me
Manu
Btw, I know I'm a bit late but

Jacob -
If it helps, "Cayce" SC. There should not be a need for shipping between me and Mr. Rusty.
How long does the prop stay at each location? 2 - 3 days?
I'll run it, but I don't think I'll be brave enough to fly it.

hmmm...I think it'll be difficult to contact hlsat, because he hasn't been online
for a good twon months or so. might be a better idea if i take the package first of the europeans,
i don't have a problem with sending it to greece.

that's a pity,
Otherwise I would get it myself. But that is just a bit to far to drive only for a prop

Re: [The Traveling Prop] Who wants to be the one to send the prop overseas?
what i was thinking
so, if I would receive it first, should I send it to you then?
probably won't take any time at all to get to where you live.
